Tuesday night, the Galesburg Silver Streaks boys basketball team put themselves in the win column in the Western Big 6 Conference for the first time this season with a 58-46 win over Geneseo, who fell to 0-16 on the season. With that win on the road, the Galesburg boys improve to 6-13 on the season and 1-5 in the conference. It was truly a team effort for the Silver Streaks who shot 24 of 46 from the field, 3 of 13 from beyond the arc, and 5 of 8 free throws. The team had 28 rebounds, 15 assists and just 7 turnovers. Galesburg was led in scoring by Jaxon Wyatt with 22 points, Jackson Crock Sibbing with 15 points, Cesaire Bile scored 7 points in his first varsity start, and Keigen Crummer and Leslie Kelley both scored 4 points.
