The Galesburg Silver Streaks girls basketball team achieved their 20th win of the season on the road at Normal West on a rare Monday night game. In the 2nd quarter, they only allowed four shots by the Normal West Wildcats, with all four taken from beyond the three-point line. The Streaks led the entire game and went on to win, 59 -35. The Streaks grabbed 20 rebounds, had 9 assists, committed 9 turnovers, but also caused Normal West to turn the ball over 28 times. Zaniyah caused havoc all over the court against the Wildcats and her development and growth throughout the season was on full display in this game.
