A Spanish minister has suggested Israel was stirring problems over 60,000 migrants crossing from Morocco into Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta. Sharing Danon's post, Spanish Transport Minister Oscar Puente remarked: "Well, it all seems to be becoming quite clear." Ceuta, a Spanish territory on Morocco's Mediterranean coast, and Melilla, another Spanish autonomous city on the country’s northern coast, share the only land borders between the European Union and Africa. Some 60,000 people crossed into Ceuta from Morocco this week, including around 8,000 children, according to the Spanish government. But on Saturday, Spain said most migrants, around 48,000, had already returned to Morocco, ushered by Spanish soldiers.
