This is what makes the relationship between Hanson and Rinehart far less paradoxical than it first appears. Think of wealth taxes, higher taxes on billionaires, inheritance taxes, major reforms to capital gains concessions, reducing the political influence of the rich or stronger redistribution of wealth and income.
