Northern Region recorded an emphatic 5-0 win over Upper West Region on day two of the ongoing Elite U17 Girls Championship. Huzeifa Abdulai scored a brace in the opening minutes before Janet Tetteh’s own goal gave Northern Region a 3-0 lead at the break. Dahamani added a fifth to seal a commanding 5-0 victory for Northern Region. Ashanti Region continued their dominance with a 3-0 win over the GFA Elite Academy to maintain their unbeaten run. Eastern Region came from behind to defeat Volta Region 2-1 in the day’s second game.
