The Galesburg High School Silver Streaks football team got their first win of the season on the road in a hard-earned, well-played game against the Limestone Rockets, 42 - 25. The Streaks even their season at 1-1. Most of the game was penalty free for the Streaks, except early in the game when they were flagged four times for 43-yards in penalties. He had a lot of other big plays in the game, including a rushing touchdown and the passing play to ice the game. It's Homecoming next Friday (9/12) night for the Silver Streaks as they host United Township.
