Il-114-300 arriving in UzbekistanThe Il-114-300 turboprop aircraft arrived in the Republic of Uzbekistan to complete additional certification testing in extremely high temperatures. The aircraft successfully completed a nonstop flight from Zhukovsky Airport to Bukhara Airport, covering 2,730 km in 6 hours and 15 minutes. The key objective of the upcoming tests is to confirm the operability of the aircraft systems at high outside temperatures. Additional investment for serial productionAn additional 2.6 billion rubles ($328 million) will be allocated this year for the completion of the first three serial Il-114-300 aircraft. An investment project is being prepared to finance the supply of Il-114-300 aircraft to provide air transportation in the Far Eastern Federal District and Baikal aircraft.
