The order is from Highway 97 to Grandview Flats Road and Otter Lake Road. Personnel will be patrolling on the east side of Okanagan Lake monitoring for ember transfer and possible spot fires.” The Okanagan Indian Band has expanded an evacuation alert due to the rapidly growing wildfire burning near the northern end of Okanagan Lake.
