The demolition of the Buffalo Bills' old Highmark Stadium continued on Friday, and the team shared video on social media as the 2026 season draws closer. Per a team statement (h/t Ryan Miller of the Democrat and Chronicle), the demolition began in May and will be finished by March 2027. The old Highmark Stadium served as the team's home beginning in 1973. It began as Rich Stadium and went through a few different names (Ralph Wilson Stadium, New Era Field, Bills Stadium and Highmark Stadium). Now the team will literally be moving across the street to a new field, also called Highmark Stadium, which officially opened on June 23 after a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
