As of Wednesday, the water park located in the province's interior had reopened its waterslides in the first phase of its reopening plan following an incident on June 15.
Investigators at the Cultus Lake Waterpark after an electrical malfunction caused electrocution injuries to 12 children on Monday, Jun 15.
The TSBC's preliminary investigation found that the 12 children, age 12 to 13, received "electrical shock and burn injuries" while in a "water slide queuing area" when they "received electrical shocks reportedly by contacting a metal railing."
