Brian Scott Michaud, 57, of Waldorf, has been charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of indecent exposure to a minor following allegations that he repeatedly exposed himself from a second-floor window of his home. An officer responded to Sprague Drive in Waldorf at approximately 4:24 p.m. on July 18, 2026, after receiving a report of indecent exposure. The man said the behavior had occurred multiple times throughout the day and that a previous police report had been filed concerning similar conduct. The man also reported that during nighttime incidents, Michaud allegedly opened the window and turned on a lamp, making himself visible. The allegations resulted in two indecent exposure counts involving the adult victims and an indecent exposure-to-a-minor charge involving the 13-year-old girl.
