St Joe River Lodge will celebrate its official grand opening on Thursday, August 20, with a community open house, a Niles Chamber Third Thursday networking event and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at St Joe River Lodge, located at 2801 Niles-Buchanan Road in Buchanan, Michigan. Originally built in 1921, St Joe River Lodge has been thoughtfully restored and expanded to accommodate weddings, corporate gatherings, church and ministry retreats, live music events, private celebrations and overnight stays. “St Joe River Lodge has always felt like a place meant to be shared,” said Lisa Alford, co-owner of St Joe River Lodge.
