On Tuesday, August 4, 2026, voters in several of our communities will find a millage renewal on the ballot seeking continued support for the Southwest Michigan Regional Airport. The SW Michigan Regional airport generates millions in annual economic revenue, acting as a regional engine for growth and job creation. Having additional millage support from taxpayers doesn’t mean that users of the airport get off scott free. The Airport Millage is certainly worth a measure of security.
