Keyser, WV - Inez F. Dolly, 87, of Waxler Road, Keyser, W.Va., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at UPMC Western Maryland, Cumberland, Md. Born on July 17, 1939, Inez was the daughter of the late Lee R. and Laura W. (Crabtree) O'Haver. Inez is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Robert A. Dolly, Sr.; her loving children, Debbie K. Dolly, Robert A. Dolly, Jr. and wife Denise, and Allen L. Dolly and fiancee Debra Kesner, all of Keyser, W.Va. Inez was a cherished grandmother to Robert Dolly, III and wife Lindsay, Megan Kirk and husband Matthew, and Kayla Gordon and husband Daniel. A 1957 graduate of Bruce High School, Inez was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. Inez was a woman of faith and a member of the Fairview Community Chapel on Waxler Road, Keyser.
