"The frustration is that these kids shouldn't be disadvantaged because of where they live and because maybe the due diligence wasn't done in the initial stages and there was no communication to the key parties about how we could resolve this... For me this has been going on for three years to try and get this bus. For other families it's been eight months," Ms Wells said.
