Back in September, Baltic completely overhauled its flagship Aquascaphe after a seven-year run as one of the market’s most beloved affordable dive watches.
While many dive watch purists and watch enthusiasts, including yours truly, prefer the toolish, no-date look for a dive watch, others like the practicality of a date … especially if they plan on using the watch as their everyday watch.
Baltic says “many” fans requested a date, and the brand has finally listened to those pleas with the launch of the Aquascaphe MK2 Date.
Baltic finally adds a date complication to its flagship dive watch.
Instead, Baltic has incorporated the date window at 6:00 to preserve the symmetry of the dial, with the window completely replacing the 6:00 index.
