The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) is proud to announce a new affiliation agreement with the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) that strengthens support for Northern nurses. Through this agreement, more than 1,300 PSAC-represented frontline nurses in the territories are now affiliated with CFNU, joining a national network of unionized nurses across Canada. This affiliation creates new opportunities to collaborate on the issues that matter most to Northern nurses while ensuring PSAC continues to represent its members. "I am proud to welcome Northern nurses into the largest movement of unionized nurses across North America," said Linda Silas, President of the Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions. Instead, it strengthens how our organizations work together to support northern nurses and advocate for their priorities.
