Earlier, Tosheli Zhimomi, Director of Social Welfare, underscored the critical role of rigorous supervision, precision in data collection and timely reporting, while also stressing on the virtue of punctuality in professional life. The training session featured an array of internal subject-matter experts drawn within the Department dealing with the subjects viz. The inaugural programme was chaired by Imkozenla, Joint Director and commenced with an invocation pronounced by Asangla Jamir, Assistant Director.
