It turns out that even if President Trump withdraws Todd Blanche’s name from consideration for the Attorney General nomination, he can still keep Blanche as Acting AG without a running clock. But there is a potentially big complication that could derail Trump’s plan if he does indeed do this and puts Blanche’s name back in January, after both Tillis and Cornyn are gone. Watch below:
