Jamie Yates, 36, was arrested when police stopped his BMW and found a backpack containing wraps of cannabis and magic mushrooms on March 29 2021.
And whist being searched in searched in custody, three wraps containing cocaine 'fell from his anus'.
The court heard he has been living off savings from his former PT role rather than claiming benefits.
Andrew Turnock, mitigating, said: "There's been a deterioration of this man’s health and three sick notes have been produced.
