A migrant worker succumbed to his injuries sustained during a suspected militant attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday. Another migrant worker had died in the attack on Friday. The suspected militants had opened fire at them in the Kellam area of Kulgam. Following the attack, the security forces cordoned off the area and began a search operation to track down the assailants. Following the attack, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha condemned the attack, and said that he had spoken to Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat and other security officers.
