Duke’s ongoing MADE FOR THIS campaign has hit the road, with an ambitious tour schedule ahead as it brings its message to alumni and other supporters. Having already hit New York City, London and San Francisco, the tour now plans stops in Boston, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. In each city, the university showcases some of its star scholars, like Alzheimer’s researcher Heather Whitson. A neuroscientist and director of the Duke Aging Center, Whitson has discussed her research enrolling patients as young as 25 to unlock the secrets of the brain long before symptoms appear.
