July 31, 1961 – July 27, 2026Susan Marie Hendry passed away on July 27, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Susan will be remembered for her strength, wit, warmth, independence, and adventurous spirit. She loved skiing at Arapahoe Basin, hiking, gardening, dogs, reading Jane Austen and the classics, and, most of all, spending time with her family. Susan is survived by her husband, Steve; daughter, Alayna; son-in-law, Louis; granddaughter, Rose; mother, Caroline; brothers Christopher and Paul and their wives, Gwendolyn and Lynn; and many beloved relatives and friends. A celebration of Susan’s life will be held Saturday, August 1, from 2–5 p.m. at Marnie’s at Arapahoe Basin.
