Senator Paul lets China off the hook, knowing that this act of war requires a United States military response. If Senator Paul were serious, he would ask for a Declaration of War against China over killing 1.2 million Americans. But the basic point must be made that the release of the virus was an act of war. As I wrote at the time, on April 4, 2020, the China virus was revenge for Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods. Another act of war which requires a response is the joint China/Russia/Cuba use of a new weapon that produces the health problems known as “Havana syndrome” against American intelligence officials and diplomats.
