James Rowe: It's becoming increasingly difficult to avoid AI in our day-to-day lives, but are chatbots accurate enough to be relied upon for financial advice? Now, you've been looking into AI chatbots and how well they perform when asked questions about finances. Josh Wilson: So, AI chatbots – AI tools – they're becoming ever more embedded in our everyday lives. So they did something called the Mills Review, where essentially they were looking into AI, particularly AI that was being used for personal finance and investing advice and that kind of thing, particularly where financial firms were rolling out AI across their businesses. I mean, I'm conscious that these AI chatbots may end up blurring the lines between what we would call financial guidance and what we would call financial advice, perhaps.
