Six months ago, the idea of establishing a sustainable ecosystem of internationally recognised resuscitation education in Jammu & Kashmir appeared ambitious. Today, it possesses the beginnings of its own faculty network capable of educating future generations of healthcare professionals. It is the creation of an educational asset for the healthcare system of Jammu & Kashmir. Internationally standardized life support education depends upon rigorous teaching methodology, structured simulation, continuous instructor development, and adherence to established educational standards. Jammu & Kashmir now possesses the foundations of a locally sustained resuscitation education ecosystem.
