SARAJEVO, July 31 (FENA) – The Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina has submitted an initiative to the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH to amend the Rulebook on Vehicle Registration by introducing special license plate markings for electric and hybrid vehicles.
