Harrison Bader's late-night scooter ride on Saturday night/early Sunday morning has officially cost him the rest of the season, but new reported details show how bizarre his crash turned out to be.
The San Francisco Giants announced earlier this week that the outfielder, who had been limited to 30 games this year due to plantar fasciitis, had a "scooter accident" which further injured his left foot.
However, local reports say that Bader rode his scooter after bar-hopping and crashed it into a San Francisco Fire Department truck at around 1:50 a.m. local time.
KPIX reported that Bader was spotted at multiple bars "in different neighborhoods" across San Francisco.
