I remember being schooled on the dangers of a nuclear attack and all the civil defense drills In elementary school. I was never trained in school how to protect myself or my family from a pandemic. It's like we were pretending it could never happen here (again as we went thru this in 1917 also). I do not think we could survive a real deadly pandemic. This country will surely eat itself and collapse in chaos if/when we are attacked by an even more deadly strain.
