The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office noted on Tuesday, Aug. 4 that Williams was riding an electric bike when he was hit. MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 64-year-old bicyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash Friday evening in Milwaukee. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the crash happened shortly before 5:45 p.m. near West Vliet Street and North 17th Street. Police said a vehicle was traveling north on North 17th Street when it struck the bicyclist, who was crossing west on West Vliet Street.
