JOHANNESBURG - Some South African Social Agency (SASSA) beneficiaries will have to wait much longer for their August grant payments. SASSA, however, urged beneficiaries not to panic as they will receive their payment on 7 August. The agency urged beneficiaries not to take this process lightly, as it will be to their detriment. According to SASSA, those selected for the grant review have been notified through SMS. As such, SASSA said it is important for beneficiaries to inform its offices if there are changes to their personal circumstances.
