The City of Pottsville is accepting applications for a newly created leadership position that combines municipal administration, authority management, economic development coordination, and grant administration into a single role.The new Assistant City Administrator/Authority & Grants Manager position was established to improve operational efficiency and strengthen regional collaboration by centralizing several professional responsibilities.
Experience managing federal or state grants is preferred, while knowledge of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) compliance is strongly preferred.
The city is also looking for someone with excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Application materials, including the complete job description, are available from the Office of the City Administrator on the third floor of Pottsville City Hall, located at 401 N.
