Barnes & Noble is pleased to announce the opening of its new Commack, NY bookstore on Wednesday, August 5 th. The new Barnes & Noble will offer more than 10,000 square feet of books, toys, games, magazines, gift items, and more. The Commack store is located in Veterans Memorial Plaza (58 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Commack, NY 11725), in the former Party City space, near Michaels. The new store is just 2 miles from the Jericho Turnpike Barnes & Noble that closed in 2024 when its lease ended. “We are very pleased to open this beautiful new Barnes & Noble in Commack, one of two new bookstores we open today,” said James Daunt, CEO of Barnes & Noble.
