Clark Lipscomb provided a revised site plan for Byers Peak Ranch after the June 10 Grand County Board of County Commissioners meeting. However, it was agreed that the conversation would continue on July 21 at the next board of county commissioners meeting. “All this stuff is typically worked out between the developer, the engineer, and staff at this time, and final plat just flies through.
