Hassan Adeyemo was offered a 30-year plea deal for allegedly killing his wife, Nanchin "Sarah" Adeyemo. The Adeyemo family was in support of the plea deal, and was surprised by the judge’s rejection. The victim's family, including their daughter, was OK with the plea agreement because it would avoid trial.
