SpaceX CEO Elon Musk is planning to revive his dormant super PAC, America PAC, to invest in a plan to increase GOP voter turnout in the midterm elections. America PAC spent more than $260 million to help get President Donald Trump elected in 2024. The PAC is now planning to use door-knocking, digital advertising and direct mail to drive Republican voters to the polls. It's not clear how much billionaire Musk plans to spend, but past election spending suggests the figure could be high. Voter turnouts tend to be lower during non-presidential elections.
