Bud Werner Memorial Library will have a temporary digital service interruption on Monday, Aug. 3 during a library systems upgrade, according to a Friday news release. While the upgrade takes place, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: public computers, print services in the library, searching the library catalog, placing holds, research databases and library card renewals. Signing in by Sunday, Aug. 2 should let users avoid any interruption. Anyone who needs to renew their library card should call or visit the front desk on Tuesday, Aug. 4, after the system upgrade is complete. The library building will be open for business, physical books can be checked out and WiFi will be operational during Monday’s digital outage.
