Tomi Erickson of the Lincoln County Fair Board said the parade has been moved from its traditional Saturday slot to Friday, August 7 at 4:00 p.m., just before the evening rodeo. “We’ve kind of seen some decline in our parade,” Erickson said. “The fair parade is actually a county-wide event,” she said. The parade route has also changed.
