The Ministry of Public Works and Environment says that, “following extensive investigations, no evidence has been found to indicate the presence of a rattlesnake in the reported search area.”

Jache Adams, Minister of Public Works and Environment, said, “From the outset, Government’s priority has been the safety of the public and the protection of Bermuda’s environment.
Despite these efforts, no evidence was found to support the presence of a rattlesnake in the reported area.
The Ministry remains committed to protecting public safety and responding promptly should new information become available.
