Today's block party event is the second of a pair of events planned by the City of Duluth to "bring energy to First Street" in the downtown area of Duluth. Today's event is on the west side of Lake Avenue. During this block party, First Street will be blocked off in the area between 1st and 2nd Avenues West. You'll need to detour around this blocked-off area during the event if you need to pass through via vehicle.
