This comes after the Boulder City Council decided Thursday not to slow scheduled minimum wage increases for tipped workers, ending, for the time being, a yearlong fight over restaurant labor costs.
The tipped-wage decision resolved one of the council’s most contentious debates this year, although councilmembers could revisit the tipped wage next year.
According to the Colorado Tourism Office, approximately 96.8 million visitors spent a total of $29.2 billion DOLLARS in 2025.
The public safety data showed that violent crime dropped nearly 11% from the previous year while property crime fell by roughly 17%.
