Vail Resorts adds MGM CEO and Park City homeowner Hornbuckle to board of directors

Vail Resorts on Thursday announced that MGM Resorts International CEO Bill Hornbuckle has been appointed to the company’s board of directors.
Hornbuckle is CEO and president of MGM Resorts International, a global hospitality and entertainment company.
Hornbuckle oversees all aspects of MGM Resorts’ strategy, operations, hospitality and gaming development projects, according to a news release from Vail Resorts.
Hornbuckle, who lives in Las Vegas, got his bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
A longtime Park City, Utah, homeowner, Hornbuckle “brings a sincere appreciation for the mountains, strong familiarity with Vail Resorts’ guests and a true passion for the broader outdoor and experiential leisure sector,” according to the Vail Resorts release.
