The Woods Singers of Almonte are back from a hiatus and are ready to begin another exciting year of harmonious music under the accomplished direction of Tony Stuart from Perth, who is excited to be sharing his talents with us. Tony was a professional musician in the Canadian Armed Forces, before he became a music teacher at Notre Dame Catholic High School in Carleton Place. Currently, Tony is active as a professional musician with The Somerset Combo, and he works in other capacities as well. We will meet at our previous site, the Community Presbyterian Church, 111 Church Street in Almonte, from 10 AM until 12 PM each Thursday morning until November 26. Our goal is to enjoy singing and make it a social outing, so please feel free to seek out other singers who may wish to join us.
