The fast-growing invasive vine has now been confirmed in another Michigan county. State officials say it was found on private property in Concord Township in Jackson County after a landowner reported it. According to MLive, the Jackson County discovery isn't far from another known infestation in Calhoun County, where the plant first showed up in Michigan back in 2020. Mile-a-minute weed can shoot up to six inches a day and reach around 25 feet in less than two months.
