Arben Fetai has been appointed Special Envoy for the EU. He will be based in Brussels. The news has been confirmed by Fetai himself on social media. The decision was made by the Government at a session on July 28. On June 1, Fetai resigned as DPM for Good Governance, after he hadn’t gone to work for months.
