Air Peace Connects Africa And CaribbeanBy Stephen WeirA new era of air travel between Africa and the Caribbean has arrived, thanks to Nigeria’s Air Peace. Earlier this May, Air Peace made history by launching the first scheduled commercial air service between Nigeria and Barbados. The inaugural flight from Lagos carried more than 280 passengers aboard a Boeing 777, marking a significant milestone in strengthening ties between West Africa and the Caribbean. Antigua and Barbuda has welcomed new and expanded air service, including Air Peace’s West African connection and additional flights from North America. Caribbean travellers can only hope.
