The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that it will, on Saturday, make available for public inspection the personal particulars of all presidential and National Assembly candidates contesting in the 2027 general elections.According to the commission, the documents will be displayed at INEC offices across the country to allow citizens review the information submitted by candidates.This move is part of INEC’s statutory obligation under the Electoral Act, which requires the commission to publish candidates’ details for transparency and public scrutiny ahead of elections.
