Willem Mouton is the new Chief Executive of NamPost, as announced by the company’s Board of Directors this week. Board Chair, Dr Simeon Amunkete, said “The Board is delighted to appoint Mr Mouton as Chief Executive. Mouton currently serves as NamPost’s Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in operations, business development and corporate management. Mouton succeeds Mrs Eldorette Harmse, the Executive: Legal Services, Governance & Compliance who has served as acting Chief Executive since 1 September 2025. “The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Mrs Harmse for her exemplary leadership as acting Chief Executive.
