Doug Crowe Haulage Ltd, which was launched in March 2013 and operated from Pineapple Road in Amersham, approved plans to close at a meeting held on July 27. As part of the process, insolvency specialist Christopher Lawton, of Business Helpline Group Limited, has been appointed to oversee the winding up of the company and deal with its affairs. The decision was confirmed in a notice published in The London Gazette on July 30. Doug Crowe Haulage Ltd's registered office is in Nelson, Lancashire, while its principal trading address was in Amersham. The resolution to wind up the business was formally recorded on July 28, 2026.
