A Trenton woman reported missing in British Columbia has been found safe, police say. She had been reported missing July 28 after attending the Shambhala Music Festival in Shalmo in the West Kootenay region. “We also extend our sincere appreciation to Search and Rescue, festival organizers and our partner agencies for their dedicated support and efforts throughout.” Unconfirmed reports that the woman had been found began to circulate online as of Thursday. An online campaign raised more than $20,000 in about two days to allow family to join the search.
